I have been a customer of Sam's Auto for many years and have been very pleased with the services received.

We have two vehicles that Sam's Auto maintains and services on a regular basis.

When I take my vehicles in, I tell them specifically what I want serviced and if they see anything else that needs fixing to just fix it.

I have always received great service no matter if it was an older vehicle or new. I have found them to be very knowledgeable and great to deal with. They have always done more than you would expect from an auto repair shop to make sure things were right.

In todays business world, It is hard to find a service center that will provide you with straight up information and facts so that a person can make an informed decision.

Sam's Automotive Repair did that for me. They told me what I needed for repairs and maintenance, quoted me a price and then suggested what priority and order I should do the repairs in. I had the most important repairs done and will have the other items done as the budget allows.

This is a departure from what I have experienced in the past with other shops. My hat is off to that team, for their quality and the speed at which the work was done. Thanks again!
